1. Parties
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from The Handmade Lab, CVR number 43694391, located at Brysselgade 4,2300, Københvn – Denmark.

2. Payment
We accept payments via Vipps MobilePay, Paypall, credit/debit cards, and other methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
Personal and card information are not stored by us.
3. Delivery
Physical products will be shipped in up to 5 business days.
Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Gift cards and digital services are delivered electronically to the email provided.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14‑days right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU law. Exceptions:
Customized or personalized products.
Digital services once download or use has begun.
5. Returns
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 5 days after receipt of the returned item.
6. Complaints
If you experience issues with a product or service, please contact us at info@circularatelier.dk. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Conflict Resolution
Disputes will be handled according to Danish law. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
8. Gift Cards and Services
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They can be redeemed for products or services offered in our webshop.
Services booked are binding unless otherwise stated.
